DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Article 1 – Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the “BUYER,” whose information is provided below, and the “SELLER,” whose information is also provided below, within the framework of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Article 2 – Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services specified below that the BUYER ordered electronically via www.magdarel.com.

Article 3 – Products Covered by the Agreement
The type, model, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the products have been selected and declared by the BUYER during the ordering process.

Article 4 – Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the address and to the person(s) specified by the BUYER in the order form.
Depending on stock availability, orders will be shipped within 4–5 business days.
Shipping costs shall be covered by the BUYER.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing within this period.
Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be sent back complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories, if applicable.
The return shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

  • Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER’s request or clearly personalized

  • Products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, etc.)

Article 6 – Return Procedure
Once the returned product is received by the SELLER, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
If deemed eligible, the full payment will be refunded to the BUYER within 15 days using the same payment method employed by the BUYER.

Article 7 – Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 8 – Enforcement
The BUYER declares that, before completing the payment process on www.magdarel.com, they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
