We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the conditions below.Returns for Refund:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the item meets the return requirements below.
Return Requirements:
1. Items must be in brand-new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
2. The original product tag and packaging must be attached, and the outer packaging must be included.
3. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is handled according to the Return Shipping Fee section below.
5. Returns are only accepted once the order has been delivered to you.
Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping is free when the return is sent through our approved return method. If you choose to use a different shipping company, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Magdarél.
