Maison Magdarél Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Orders within Turkey are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.

• Shipping fee: ₺120, or free shipping on orders above ₺2,000.
  You’ll receive a tracking code via email or SMS once your parcel is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

Maison Magdarél ships worldwide via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (Europe), 5–10 business days (Rest of World).

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Maison Magdarél is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit caused by the courier. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@magdarel.com with photos of the packaging and product so that we can assist you.

6. Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

7. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some Maison Magdarél pieces are made-to-order. For such items, please allow 7–14 business days for production prior to shipping. Estimated delivery times will be indicated on each product page.
